Lost Luggage ...\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m super close to finishing vocals for the song &#8220;Lost Luggage&#8221;.  I spent most of the day cleaning up various vocals takes.  If I can get it finished tomorrow, I&#8217;ll be on schedule to get this thing done next by next month.<\/p>\n<p>The song has quite a few sustained pitches &#8230; and as the tracks get stacked, it&#8217;s easy to develop slight pitch fluctuations that interplay between the various takes.  Those variations in pitch are what make multi-tracked instruments sound interesting when placed in a stereo field.  Controlling how multiple takes of the same instrument (or vocal) relate is a difficult thing to get a hold on.
