Yamahopper airbox ...\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you asked me to take apart a carb from a two stroke engine two weeks ago I would have shrugged my shoulders.  Now, I&#8217;m like a lawnmower repairman!  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve replaced the air cleaner on my QT50 with an original one. It didn&#8217;t seem to have much flow and my Hopper was bogging down, so I drilled out two 1\/4&#8243; holes on the side opposite the carb.  I adjusted the throttle cable and reset the needle to the stock position.  It seemed to run much better, until I ran out of gas!  Ugggg.  <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll have to test it again tomorrow and see if it all worked out.  The moped was running okay before I thoroughly cleaned the carb (guitar string through the jets and such), fuel line and replaced the airbox.
