12 things left to do before I start to mix down my solo record “Bits”. This list contains mostly vocal work.

Today, I finished the lyrics for the song “Demons to Diamonds”. I think that means that I’m done writing lyrics for “Bits”. That feels pretty good!

I’ve started to look into mastering and have gotten some pointers from some friends here in Portland. I’ll probably start contacting some mastering engineers in the next couple weeks to book some time in June. That puts “Bits” on schedule for a summer release. I was hoping to release it last summer and I envisioned it as a summer record.

Better late than never I guess!
