… on the home stretch …

I only have one mix to go … “Demon Attack”. I finished the initial mix of “Demons to Diamonds” today and I don’t think I could handle another demon song. I’m one mix behind schedule.

I’ve go the weekend and Monday to revise anything I need to in the mixes and then a whole mess of production work to do before the show.

It’s been a long couple of days, but I think I’m starting to see the end of it now. It’s strange how certain things come out when you are trying to get the songs in your head to manifest themselves so the rest of the world can hear them. When it came down to it … I left the end of the song as an instrumental outro. I had written some lyrics and melodies … but they didn’t gel. Sometimes you just have to let go.
