… guitar hero …

I spent a few hours playing guitar today. Whew! It’s been a while. I think I’ll be spending a bunch of time this week practicing guitar to get back into the swing of recording. I could really feel the burn on my out of shape wrist and fingers.

I think I need Guitar Hero – “Bits”.

I did get some nice tones out of my isolation cabinet today and I think I’m ready to proceed with tracking the primary guitar lines for the song “Combat”. I’ll be using a my modified 5 watt Blackheart tube amp for the bulk of the song.

“Bits” rolls on toward the inevitable finish line. I am hoping to max out the “Applause” meter … go into “Super Star” mode and shoot lightning out of my fingers.
